Dear parents and pupils of the CAA “Lazar”! Traditionally, the new academic season begins on September 1st. And this year there are some news about our functioning.
Firstly, the academic year starts only in two dojos so far, namely in Poznyaki and a section at the “Holly” Educational Institution. Days remain unchanged:
- on Borshchagovka on Tuesday and Friday;
- on the left bank we are on Wednesday and Saturday.
We tried to keep the schedule as much as possible the way it was before the large-scale military invasion of the rf. However, some groups are still combined in order to optimize the training process. Up-to-date information can be found here or by phone.
Secondly, while we can not start training in the dojo on the Beresteyskaya metro station, located in the KNEU Sports Complex. We leave Monday and Thursday under it. Therefore, as soon as there is an opportunity to resume self-defense classes in the Shevchenkovsky district, we will definitely do it. We will inform you about the resumption of training there. To keep up to date with all the latest events, subscribe to us on social networks Facebook and Instagram.
Thirdly, given the situation in the country, only Yuriy Petrovichev, Elena Morachevic and Maria Babich conduct training. Other coaches will be able to return to their work a little later. But our rule that at least two trainers conduct classes remains unchanged.
And the fourth and most important thing is that the Applied Aikido Club “Lazar” officially announces its withdrawal from the International Federation of Applied Aikido. Globally, this will in no way affect our students and the educational process:
- we continue our operation;
- all passports are valid for us;
- all belts are saved and do not require additional confirmation;
- we will continue to prepare and certify children to new levels.
Issues with documents that have not been submitted by the Federation over the past two years, we will close. Therefore, all students will receive their passports and diplomas.
All pupils who wish to continue training within the framework of the IFAA can apply to other clubs and their coaches in order to obtain documents of the form established by the Federation and continue their education. We are ready to provide the necessary contact information. To everyone who stays with us, we are grateful for the trust and are ready to move together to new heights.
Finally, we would like to express our deep gratitude and our unconditional support to all our defenders. It is thanks to the courage of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that today we can start a new academic year. Therefore, we wish everyone that it will be productive and bring new achievements. And, of course, Victory and a peaceful sky over our heads for all of us.
Sincerely,
The coaching staff of the Applied Aikido Club “Lazar”
